Give a manager or an accountant their own sign-in on your fleet, on the desk and in the Truckaurbus Fleet app. They see only the rooms and the vehicles you give: a manager the road, the drivers, Khali and the papers; an accountant the khata and the papers. Money stays hidden from a manager unless you switch it on, and you take a seat back at once.
The tracker a vehicle already carries, an AIS-140 box or any other, reads into the same map as the driver's phone. Nothing is fitted or taken out. Link it with one address the box maker's server sends to, or bring a file from the box's portal. When both speak, the phone comes first and the box fills its gaps, and every box shows whether it is live, waiting, or silent after seven days.
Pick the truck you will replace. Truckaurbus Fleet sets the trucks of its class side by side on your own trips and rate: what each costs a km over five years, what it keeps a month, and where every figure comes from, with its date. When they are level it says so, and you choose on the dealer's price and the service near you. Change the diesel, the trips or the mileage and watch the month move.
Truckaurbus Fleet reads the public tender portals every day and shows the work that fits your trucks and runs near your lanes, closing first: who is buying, what the work is, the deposit and the last day to bid, in plain words, with the portal named. Put a rate a truck a month against what your own truck spends, and bid on the portal yourself.
